Shipping

For all orders, we charge shipping fees. Fees may vary depending of the products and the quantity you order. The shipping delivery time may also vary depending on where you are ordering from, but usually takes 7-15 days.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or packages that are sent back to us. Any orders placed outside of Canada and the U.S.A may be subject to your country's duties and / or customs fees. After the products leave our establishment, we are not responsible for any duties or any extra charges that might add up. 

Pick-up 

After purchasing your order with the Pick-up service, you will receive an email with a Pick-up confirmation. You'll have to schedule your pick-up date and hour. Our Pick-up services availability are the following :

Make sure to bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

Sometimes our pick-up confirmation e-mails go to the spam folder. Make sure to check that folder in case you do not receive your pick-up confirmation e-mail.

You are responsible for scheduling your pick-up date and hour using our online pick-up link. We will send you reminder e-mails should you miss your pick-up appointment or forget to schedule one. After 30 days, we are not responsible for reminding you to pick-up your order.

Returns & Refunds policies

Items purchased outside of the United States and Canada are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. ALL SALE items are FINAL and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Our return & refund policy lasts 10 days. The 10 days starts the moment the item has been confirmed shipped. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or an exchange when the item doesn't fit or if by any chance isn't up to your expectation. 

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and/or in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. to complete you return, we acquire a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time to process your return may vary. Contact us so we can give you more information about where to return the products.

Please double check the information before submitting order. 

*If the item is damaged up on receiving you have 10 days to notify us of the situation. Any case will be dealt one by one so please write our customer service.
